This profiling section of our teambuilding sessions provide participants with a look at themselves in relation to other members of the team and provides an in-depth knowledge about why people may or may not understand each other.
The session not only provides this important knowledge but also gets the participants to develop individual and team strategies for relating and working better together.
Professional Services
The Self Management Group Research Department is available to assist all of our clients. It manages the clients' databases and the collection of data in order to create a continuous improvement process for the recruiting, screening, selection and development systems in place. By validating and consulting on these processes, we are able to help our clients turn raw data into information, which becomes knowledge, which ultimately shapes future strategy.
